Precision Self‑Adhesive Rubber & Foam Sealing Gaskets

  • Core Material: EPDM, Neoprene, or Silicone rubber foam
  • Adhesive Backing: High‑tack acrylic pressure‑sensitive adhesive (PSA)
  • Thickness Range: 0.8 mm – 10 mm
  • Width Options: 3 mm – 100 mm
  • Hardness (Foam): 20 – 50 Shore 00 (closed‑cell)
  • Tear Strength: ≥ 1.0 N/mm (ASTM D3574)
  • Compression Set: ≤ 15% at 25% deflection, 72 h @ 70 °C (ASTM D1056)
  • Temperature Range: −30 °C to +100 °C
  • Adhesion to Steel: ≥ 2.0 N/cm (ASTM D3330)
  • UV & Ozone Resistance: Excellent for outdoor sealing
  • Applications: Door/window weatherstripping, electrical enclosures, HVAC duct seals, automotive trim
