The damper has been designed to meet the requirements of the offshore oil and gas and nuclear industry as well as other industries. They are used to regulate the airflow through the ventilation system from an input control signal, typically 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10V. They can be used in pressure control applications as well as control of recirculated air.
They are not intended for isolation purposes.
